friendly staff delicious food lovely pools faulty air conditioning slow check-in unfilled minibar
the staff were super friendly, especially at the restaurant. the food had so much variety and tasted delicious. the pools are so lovely. I spent most of my time relaxing by them.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. It took a few calls to get it fixed. i found the check-in process slow, and i waited a while. the minibar wasn't refilled daily. I had to ask for water a couple of times.

The buffet included different types of food from around the world! the room was cleaned daily. It was always clear. the staff was kind and happy to help us.
The ground around the pools was not properly cleaned. i noticed six people with swollen feet. They likely slipped and fell. the room cleaning was deficient. There was a lack of cleaning products. the window panes were dirty.

fantastic stay with great staff
accommodating staff clean room delicious food
i really enjoyed my stay. the housekeeping team, including ibrahim zareef and abdelrahman, kept my room clean. saeed ahmed was very kind and made towel animals for the kids. the kitchen staff, especially george and chef mina, were very accommodating with food requests.
the pool closed quite early at 6 pm. this limited my time for evening swims. i wish it stayed open later.
